What does "per agent" mean?

Each agent runs on its own dedicated VM. One subscription = one running agent. Add more agents by subscribing additional vessels from your profile.

Why is the price in rupees?

Vessel currently serves Indian customers via Razorpay. UPI, credit cards, and debit cards are accepted. International billing is in development.
