Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vessel platform at vesselofone.com. "Vessel," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Agentic Organizations, India. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

Vessel provides managed AI agent hosting. We provision dedicated infrastructure on your behalf, each instance running a single AI agent. You interact with your agents through secure connections managed by our platform.

Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Shared or automated account creation is not permitted.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal activity or to violate the rights of others.
• Attempt to circumvent security controls, access other users' instances, or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Use compute resources for cryptocurrency mining, denial-of-service attacks, or other abusive purposes.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform without written permission.
• Interfere with the operation of the service or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk automated communications through any connected channel, including email.
• Use your agent to generate illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content.
• Store regulated data (including but not limited to data subject to HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or GLBA) without a separate written agreement with Vessel.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

AI Agent Output

AI agents may produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are solely responsible for evaluating and bearing all risks associated with any content generated by your AI agent, including messages sent through connected channels. Vessel provides the infrastructure to run your agent but does not control, review, or endorse its output.

We disclaim all liability for any actions taken by your agent, any content it produces, or any decisions made based on its output.

AI Providers and Third-Party Services

Vessel may provide AI capabilities directly or route requests to third-party AI providers on your behalf, subject to the limits of your current plan. You may also supply your own credentials for third-party providers. In either case:

• You are responsible for all charges incurred through your own third-party provider credentials.
• Vessel is not liable for any third-party provider charges, rate limits, outages, or service changes.
• Your use of third-party services is subject to those providers' own terms and policies.

Your Data

We do not use your data, agent configurations, conversations, or any content processed by your agents to train AI models. Your data is yours.

You retain all rights to the data and content you create using the service. Vessel retains all rights to the platform, including its software, infrastructure, and branding. These Terms do not grant either party any rights to the other's intellectual property except as needed to provide or use the service.

Connected Channels

You may connect your agent to third-party messaging platforms and communication services. You are solely responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service and acceptable use policies. Violation of a platform's terms may result in your account being suspended by that platform, and Vessel bears no responsibility for such actions.

Support Access

Vessel offers an optional support access mode that allows our team to view limited diagnostic data on your agent for troubleshooting purposes. Support access is off by default, must be explicitly enabled by you, automatically expires after 72 hours, and can be revoked at any time. When enabled, access is read-only, scoped to the specific debugging task, and every session is logged.

Fees and Payment

Certain features of the service require a paid subscription. Fees are described on our pricing page and are subject to the limits of your current plan.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the next billing period.
• We may change our fees with written notice before the start of your next billing period. Continued use after a fee change constitutes acceptance.
• Payments are processed by our payment partners. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize recurring charges.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.

Free Tiers and Trials

We may offer free tiers, trials, or promotional access at our discretion. Free and trial accounts may be subject to reduced functionality or usage limits. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or terminate free and trial access at any time, without notice and without liability.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from service interruptions.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Your service continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
• Your agent instances and all data on them are permanently destroyed at the end of the billing period.
• Account data is retained for 30 days after the final billing period, then deleted.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at contact@vesselofone.com.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vessel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. This includes, without limitation, liability for: content generated by your AI agent, charges from third-party providers, actions taken by your agent on connected platforms, and data loss on your dedicated infrastructure. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vessel harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service, (b) content generated by your AI agent, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account through the platform or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, or for any other reason with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your AI agent instances will be destroyed and associated data permanently deleted.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal resolution first — before filing any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
• Jurisdiction — if informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
• Class action waiver — you agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
